The decor of the impressive room was modern and it was neat. Had a shower, hairdryers, and soft bathrobes in the bathroom. It offered good service and outstanding food too.

Had very good stay in this relaxing hotel, the staff were caring, location was fantastic close to everything. I had a queen room and it was new-fashioned with music blasting in the mornings.

Excellent location with public parking next to the airport and other vibrant parts of the city, Old San Juan and other nearby beaches, and the cruise terminal. Very comfy bed, a nice size rooms.

Loved our rooms with music blasting in the mornings. The location was unbeatable and the staff was superfriendly and fairly friendly during the whole stay! Went to Arya Rooftop for drink or two, set not very far from the hotel.

The flat-screen TV and air conditioning made my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the infinity pool and beach access, perfect for a day of leisure and sunbathing.

My room at Condado Ocean Club was absolutely breathtaking. The sunset and sunrise views from my window were unparalleled. The hotel's decor, especially at the reception, was stunning. The staff was incredibly supportive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, within walking distance of everything.

I wasn't able to enjoy the pool to its fullest due to it being crowded and noisy with people who weren't guests of the hotel.

The location here is excellent, very close to the center and the hotel. The nearby Surf Caffe is a great spot for a cup of coffee.
